Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade instantly and your new features activate immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted — if you exceed the new tier limits, existing audits become read-only until you delete or upgrade.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything as PDF or JSON at any time. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
Do you offer student or nonprofit discounts?
Yes — we offer 50% off Pro for students, nonprofits, and open-source projects. Contact support@auditfront.com with proof of eligibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles VAT and invoicing automatically.
