1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AuditFront platform at auditfront.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AuditFront is a SaaS platform for conducting internal compliance readiness self-assessments against frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2, and Tech Due Diligence.
Important: AuditFront is a self-assessment tool. It does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional compliance advice. Results generated by the Service do not constitute certification, attestation, or a guarantee of compliance with any standard. You are solely responsible for interpreting results and engaging qualified professionals where needed.
3. Early Access & Service Availability
AuditFront is currently in early access. During this period:
- Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice.
- The Service may experience downtime for maintenance or updates.
- We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.
If we discontinue the Service entirely during your paid subscription period, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription (see Section 6). We will provide at least 30 days' notice and the ability to export your data before shutdown.
4. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Agency tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
- Free tier: Limited functionality as described on the pricing page.
- 14-day free trial: Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the billing page or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured until renewal.
6. Refund Policy
All paid subscriptions are covered by our refund policy:
- Free trial: No payment is taken during the 14-day trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
- Monthly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of any payment (initial or renewal).
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment (initial or renewal).
- Service discontinuation: If we discontinue the Service, active subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their subscription.
To request a refund, contact support@auditfront.com. Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
